    Dave,

What time and where? It would be good. I have a meeting in Glasgow at 2pm but am around thereafter. It would be great if I could catch up.

    Dave,

Have posted address details for saturday. I'll be there from 5 getting stuff sorted. I was up there today - think we're all set. will your chat be on a powerpoint presentation? they have a central drop down screen so it will all go through that via my laptop. you'll be on about 8.15 if ok. as polly has done so well with the prize donations we are going to have a auction as well as the raffle now. that'll follow the s2s / yamaa video. i'll donate 10% of that (in addition to 10% of raffle) to yamaa. cheers for the posts too.....
  4. i'll send your book back today!
  5. Andy, Cycle was awesome. hard going but a great route and experience. i think it'll be getting rerun next year if you fancy it. the core work helped and i'm now focussing on crossfit several times a week as well as putting in long cycles for our next adventure. i'm getting in 0715 crossfit sessions which sets me up nicely for cycling later in the day. i think we are heading for zimbabwe cycling next year, or maybe 2012.

we've got plenty route room to play with for SU next year. at the moment we have a couple of 60km days set which i think we'll run with. fancy another pop?

how are things at your end?

Dave what's the longest distance for the SU on a single day for next year???

Cracking effort on the cycle in the Gobi, how did you find it? Did the core work help?

    Cheers,

    Regards to the team.
  9. Mike, I've forwarded the message as requested. Jura was great, tough going as we had a lot of unpleasant ground to cover but still fun.

I never got it Dave, but that's probably because I've listed about 23 email addresses for me since this place started. Would you be able to send it to mikeyadams@mac.com please? Sorry, I know i"m just being a big girls blouse about gluing these gaiters, but would rather do it right first time!

    How was Jura?

    Cheers,

    Mike.
