Have run this event 3 times and it is awesome. Wonderfully oraganised and great running. This event is now a stable in my yearly running calendar. The organisers are amazing and the group of runners is fantastic with a range from extremely good to us plodders at the back. Made some great friends over the three days. This event has to be on your bucket list, you won't forget the joy of completing 3 marathons in 3 days.

I run this in 2015 and absolutely loved it! Best race ever. Perfect location with very nice and beautiful courses, each day completely different from the other. Many nice streams to cool off in and many animals to listen to and look at and of course the rainforest with all the trees and plants. Totally forgot that I were running, so much other things that kept my mind occupied. Then we have the very supportive volunteers, they are absolutely the best you can find. Happy, cheerful and supportive. It is very nicely organized where you feel instantly part of the family. I do not have one single thing to complain about, absolutely the opposite, so many things to bring up as very well done. I did 15 marathons last year and this is by far the best in every category, difficulty, scenery, organization, support, everything. I really hope to be able to run this year as well but it might be hard due to work commitment and repatriation back home to Sweden but if I only should run one race in 2016, it would be this. Ultra runners are always very friendly but I think that they at this race are, if possible, even friendlier. So many nice chats with happy runners from many different places. Spend a fair bit of time with a super friendly Chinese master runner whom I have since meet in many other races in China. We both wear the race shirts from this race since they too are excellent, of course. So, if you do plan to do an extraordinary ultra, put this race on the top of your list. You will not regret it!

27 December 2015: I have participated in the 3M3D since the inaugural event in 2012. 2016 will be my fifth year competing. As I am also the race director, I'm sightly biased towards this event! But it is truly unique in the experience it offers the competitors. It's great to get through the first marathon - which is tough. And then to turn up to the second - which for some are even tougher! Marathon 3 is a jog home, so no energy is spent worrying about Day 3. Ha, ha. But that aside, it's the comradery that is developed during the three days that sets this event apart from others. What a great way to spend a weekend. You will meet up with the same group of runners each day, and by the end of it all, everyone are best friends and looking forward to the next year. We have a high number of returning competitors who support the event wholeheartedly, and for good reason. The volunteers are wonderful and supportive. It's nice meet everyone at the pasta party the night before the first Marathon, and then again at the after party. I hope YOU can make it to the 5th 3M3D in 2016.
