I ran the 50K in 2015 and it was amazing. Fun course that follows the coastline for a and provides some great views. It is in WA in Dec so you should expect some rain and mud, both were plentiful in 2015. Only negative about the race is that you run a 7 mile loop twice in one section so you do see some things twice. My watch said it was only about 3,500 ft of gain so fairly easy as far as climbing. Most of the course is runnable. As always Rainshadow running does a phenomenal job of putting on top notch races. I would not hesitate to run it next year.
