Intermón Oxfam Trailwalker is a sporting challenge to raise donations and support thousands of families around the world. Participating teams must travel 100 km in less than 32 hours. Each team consists of 4 people who must start and end the challenge together (not reliefs allowed) with 2 people driving along the route.
Before the event, teams should collect 1,500 euros in donations from relatives and acquaintances. By participating in the Trailwalker you become a part of the Oxfam global movement against poverty and injustice.
Intermón Oxfam held the sixth edition of Trailwalker on April 16th 2015 along the Girona Greenway and on June 11th 2015 in the Lozoya Valley, in the mountains north of Madrid (Sierra Norte). In the last edition, more than 3,000 participants raised more than one million euros for development projects Oxfam.
