As Britain's only coastal National Park, Pembrokeshire is justifiably famous for its rugged cliffs, quiet coves, expansive sandy bays, picturesque coastal village and its abundance of marine life.

The coastal trails here are wild and exposed, with undulating terrain and spectacular views.

The 10K, half marathon, marathon and ultra courses are challenging but the views presented to you around each corner make this a beautiful course that must be experienced.

Great event, I ran the 2017 Ultra. Superbly organised, well marked, but the aid stations were very basic compared to all other events I've participated in, including other Endurance Life Races. Would definitely do it again though!

Excellent event - ran the ultra in 2018 - views are stunning and course is well marshalled and marked. The second loop hallway round is a bit of a test but after that you are on straight run home. Like all the Coastal Trail Series run by Endurance Life it was a well organised event

2016 was my first CTS run and I chose the Half Marathon which was actually 16 miles. Ran it with my dog. Event was fantastic, not easy but the marshals and helpers could not have been friendlier! Very well organised event from beginning to end and I am already booking my next one. The dog was welcomed by all runners. It was an unexpectedly hot day and so glad they put an extra water stop in on the day! Thinking on their feet. Scenery, people, run and organisation was fab and will definitely be back....with the dog. Great event thank you CTS
