DIFFICULTY Race Difficulty Brutal

The Pembrokeshire 100-mile stage race is run along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path from Milford Haven to Cardigan. It follows the same route as the Pembrokeshire 100 but split into three stages with overnight camping at Newgale Beach and Strumble Head.

Both routes, non-stop and staged, start in Milford Haven and follow the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to the finish in Cardigan. The cut-off time is 38 hours. Although the route is well marked, self-navigation is required.

The checkpoints will be the two camps (58k and 116k respectively) plus additional half-way support points between them with drinks and snacks. Single stage runners are allowed one dropbag at the two camps. Stage runners can leave support bags at these support points. Stage runners must bring food for the duration of the event.

Both races include a compulsory kit checked at registration.

I have ran this race twice 2017/2018. It is a great race. The support is amazing and its a good race to have family and friends come see you on route. The route is beautiful but brutal
