It was cold, wet and muddy on Sunday and the 60km ultra was tougher than we'd expected. It was a great route, though: mostly trail, few stiles and almost no tar or concrete. Great for people who like running in nature!

The race organisation was superb, the people at the Aid stations were happy and encouraging, the food was good and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

I ran the The Full and had a great time despite the appalling weather on the day. The volunteer's were fantastic and my fellow runners were all great.

Signage was good but I'm pleased I had the map on my watch as there were a couple of places it would have been easy to go wrong!

My only real negative is the course is actually a bit shorter than full marathon distance which might put some people off. I on the other hand wasn't bothered by this.
