The T184 Challenge is the key event in the T-Series calendar. The race sees competitors attempt to complete an epic 184 mile journey self supported along the Thames National Path starting from the Thames Barrier in London (South Side) and finishing at the iconic stone marker, signifying the source of the River Thames.
Each competitor will be supplied with a GoTek powered GPS device allowing friends and family to track their progress in real time during the race.
The challenge of the event is to be self sufficient carrying all the necessary food and equipment as you cover the distance. However, there will be 7 Checkpoints at miles 26, 52, 80, 100, 130, 155 and 168 approximately (plus an additional water stop in London) where water supplies will be provided.
However all competitors receive full race support including GPS Tracking, Water at Checkpoints, Refreshments at the finish, Medal & T-Shirt for all finishers, free place at the T1 Workshop and entry to the 'Pasta Party' the night before the race.
The race offers solo, teams and relay options which provides an option for competitors of all levels of ability.
