Thailand Ultramarathon (TU) is a very tough mountain ultra in the far north west of Thailand, close to the Burmese border. The course runs through 4 traditional hilltribe villages, and 2 of the CP's are in hilltribe houses. You will run past the entrance to the beautiful Tham Lod river cave, climb Heart Attack Hill twice and have 26 stream and river crossings.
If you would like to be informed when entries open, put your name on the mailing list here .
As accommodation is limited, and we do not want to overrun the small hill tribe villages, we hold the TU50 and TU100 on different weekends, to allow more runners to enjoy this beautifyul course.
The next races will be:
TU50: November 2018
TU100: November 2018
The TU50 is a single loop, with 2,500m of elevation gain.
The TU100 is two distinct loops, with 5,500m elevation gain.
