Incredible. It takes a special kind of person to stand out in the freezing rain to Marshall these events. But they were fantastic.
Was a well organized event. In a beautiful location.

Great route, fairly low key event. The Ultra is actually 42 miles, not 33 as indicated by this site. Great ridge running but not for the faint-hearted as quite exposed to the Welsh weather.

A relatively low key but professionally managed event with very friendly organisers. Fully marked route with some great views and plenty of challenging climbs and descents. Generous cut off times so a good entry level/intermediate mountain ultra. Weather can turn so expect all 4 seasons in one day! Last ran March 2015 - torrential rain and gale force winds.

MCN put on a great series. This was a well organised event with some challenging terrain. A few steep climbs and pretty exposed on the tops. Rewarded with some great views. Was bitterly cold in 2014 - we had sun, rain, snow and gale force winds to contend with! http://bit.ly/1To6geU
