Pennine barrier
As anyone first hand experience of doing the Pennine Barrier 50, how would you rate this race overall from running it and organisation

Hi Andy,

Have you read the runner reviews on the race page in our listings? Just in case you haven't, you can access them here: https://www.runultra.co.uk/Events/Pennine-Barrier#reviewSection

Hope that helps a bit.

RE:Pennine barrier
Hello Andy
I've ran this race twice, the 1st one in 2017 & 2018.
Great race staring In Malham, taking you up Malham yarn towards fountains fell & on to the 3 peaks before heading back over fountains fell.
Amazing views as you would expect, busy with walkers once you get into the 3 peaks section.
Organisation of the event is very good, there are 5 cps in total which are well stocked, there are also Marshall's patrolling various parts of the route, mainly on the assents in case any runners are in trouble.
I've done a few GB Ultra events & found them really good. Not doing this one in 2019 die it being to close to the Brecon 100. Hope this helps.
