Where do you buy your sportswear?
HI,

Just curious where other people buy their exercise clothes as I struggle to findthings. TK Maxx is pretty good for some things but "sports" shops like JJB and JD sports seem to have less and less clothes for actually exercising in each time I go into them! I've even tried addidas and nike shops as they are sportswear brands but most of their stock is sporty looking clothing not intended for exercising in. I was lucky to find a swimming costume in my size in TK Maxx after much looking around (often they just have a choice of size 6 or size 26!) and a long sleeve runnign top in Nike after trying everywhereelse!
Are there other places that I should be looking? Is this just a problem for women? (women's sections always seem to take up a miniscule section in sport shops) or am I just too fussy?

Please help.

I did not find the right solution from the internet.

RE:Where do you buy your sportswear?
Hi,

I tend to shop online rather than in any of the big sportswear outlets. Helly Hansen have quite a bit of running gear, as do places that we tend to think of as being for running shoes - e.g. ULTRAmarathonRunningStore.com, Pete Bland, Accelerate etc.

Hopefully others will also have some suggestions.

I use my local Decathlon store or order online.

Sportsshoes.com often have good prices (not just for shoes) as does Sports Pursuit. You need to go online for specialist kit - unlikely to find much in a high street shop.

Hello

I often find Decathlon pretty decent for clothing and equipment, they are usually good value too. Sports Direct also has some decent clothing for the price they are at.

Online I tend to use Sportshoes.com & Wiggle.co.uk.

Between all of the above I usually can find what I need.

RE:Where do you buy your sportswear?
I mainly use sportsshoes.com for my stuff and ultramarathon store for my drymax socks.
ultramarathon are highly recommended by my friends as well.

As for decathlon unlike the rest i find there stuff a bit hit and miss fitting wise.
So def try on before you buy.

Another vote for sportshoes and sport pursuit, as well as wiggle and runners need :-)

Got some stuff from there, and never looked back. They're pretty new but so far so good!

Hi, SPADEKEVIN
It seems to me that you are right. I think women have reduced choice in sport shops. I have another problem. I have got too small size, so I am not lucky to find shoes in my size. Have you ever tried to buy your sportswear on Amazon.co.uk?
Would you like to test a new brand? These unisex socks were tested by marathon runners who demand excellence (designed for all distances - from 2k to marathon). Also ideal for outdoor sports: jogging, walking, camping, sneakers, traveling, climbing, cycling or daily wear.
I like it a lot !
