Advice for 18yr old
I am planning to go for a long run / walk, probably along the south west coast path. I have previously run a lot of 10ks, 15 miles in 1:40, 13 miles in under 1:30. I am thinking of getting a train to either St Ives, Newquay, or Barnstaple, and running / walking home to Bath. I know this sounds quite a big deal (St Ives is probably way too far) but I would not be running / walking very far each day. Could anyone recommend how far I could expect to cover each day, and so which location I should start. Any other advice would be helpful. If I do not complete it in 2 weeks I will quit. I'm not looking to do it as fast as possible, just to have an awesome adventure.

RE:Advice for 18yr old
Hey, probably train and do a marathon first, then do a few back to back runs, once you have ran 20+ miles then got up and done it again the next day, you will know the answer to this yourself, good luck:)
