Humanity Direct Amersham Ultra
Extreme Energy's Humanity Direct races replace their entry fee with two options - a donation to Humanity Direct, or you can set up a fundraising page and try to raise as much as you can. All the money raised goes directly to Humanity Direct. On Saturday, this year's runners will be funding surgery for children in developing countries. Some of this surgery may be life-saving. All of it will be life-changing.

The route is around 50km (31 miles) and starts and finishes at Dr Challoner's Grammar School. It takes runners through areas of natural beauty in the Chilterns, and there is no cut-off. It would make an ideal first ultra.

Good luck to everyone running and well done for supporting a great cause.
