Everest Trail Race Kicks Off

It is number one on my personal wish list and I am sure I am not alone. The Everest Trail Race is underway for 2017. It is a 6-day jaunt over 153km, which sounds not too bad until you factor in 25,000 metres of vertical ascent at altitude.

Marvellous Mimi runs the USA

The day has finally come. Mimi Anderson, better known as Marvellous Mimi, set off today on 7th September 2017 at 6am to attempt a new Female Guinness World Record for running across America. New host for the 2018 Trail World Championships
