Antoine Guillon, Pere Lluís Garau and Tina Ameller win the race around Menorca

The 2018 Compressport Trail Menorca Camí de Cavalls (TMCdC) a 185 km race around the island has ended in victory for Antoine Guillon of France and local boy Pere Lluis Garau for the men and Tina Ameller, also from Menorca, for the women.

CamelBak Epic Camí de Cavalls 360º victory for Urbina-Pons

The CamelBak Epic Camí de Cavalls 360º ended after a full stage of torrential rain more akin to Scotland than sunny Menorca. The race has two trail running distances: the full race and the experience and further competitions for mountain biking.

Capell and Laczak win Transgrancanaria

It was touch and go as to whether Transgrancanaria would even take place this weekend with dire weather forecasts causing the organisers extreme stress. But go ahead it did, with a few minor tweaks.

Trail World Championships location announced

It has been announced that the 2018 Trail World Championships (TWC) will take place on Saturday May 12th 2018 in Castellón de la Plana in Spain.

New host for the 2018 Trail World Championships

Following the 2017 next Trail World Championships, to be held in Badia Prataglia in Tuscany (Italy) this coming June, the International Association of Ultrarunners (IAU), in association with the International Trail Running Association (ITRA) has already announced the location and dates for the 2018 edition of the Trail World Championships.

Antoine Guillon wins the 2017 Trail Menorca ultra marathon

The sixth edition of the Trail Menorca Camí de Cavalls, held over the weekend on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Menorca, saw 1200 ultra runners set out from the start line at Ciutadella on the western coast.

New route changes in Lanzarote’s main ultra event

The next edition of the Haría Extreme on the island of Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain) is on 18 November. This year the race has had its ultra distance shortened by 8km.
