HOKA ONE ONE Evo Mafate shoe review

By Dan Stinton

There has been a buzz around the Hoka One One EVO Mafate ever since Jim Walmsley broke the course record at the Western States 100 in 2018. Whilst a great endorsement for any shoe, I don’t think donning a pair of EVO Mafates alone will get us there, but we can only dream.

Brooks Cascadia 13 trail running shoe review

By Alice Morrison

Brooks once saved my life, or at least my feet. I was doing a world first trek from the Atlas to the Atlantic in 2015 and as it was hiking with tent, supplies etc was wearing my much-loved Scarpa boots.

Black Diamond Distance Carbon FLZ pole review

Dynafit Enduro 12L backpack Review

By Seth Grotzke

There are various reasons why you may find yourself running for upwards of eight hours at a time. Limiting those reasons to “Voluntary Pain Exposure” you could be training for a big race, running a big race, or just out for the day getting to places that few people ever see.

I am a normal-sized woman when it comes to my chest – a 38B – in fact that may even be relatively small as the average UK woman’s chest size is now 36D or DD.

Veloforte is a young sports’ nutrition company founded in 2016. Their name likely gives it away, but their original mission was to provide cyclists with the best natural energy bars on the market.
